this morn.. when i was eating this.. mua chee.. not the normal pasar malam muah chee.. like the white stuff coated with peanuts.. but it's like the peanuts wrapped with the white stuff.. well alright if any1 dun get it i buy for u eat next time.. =X
yuppies.. after a ate that.. i was eating a cha siew bao when i ate that.. yummy breakfast.. XD oh then i tot of that time my mom cooked tangyuan.. did i ever mentioned it on my blog b4? ehh.. cant rmb.. neways.. she made her own tangyuan that time.. forgot when.. it's this yr i think.. dunno how many months ago..
last time when i was younger we used to eat tangyuan at our granma's hse durring new yr(now no more le).. those tangyuan which we make ourselves.. dunno use some special flour.. got 2 colours.. white n pink.. i used to love making them.. take a bit of flour n roll them into lil balls.. n then compare with my siblings n cousins who got the roundest tangyuan.. it was soooo fun.. hahas.. then we'd make all sorts of shapes n sizes.. dunno my mom or aunties would then threatened us we'd eat wad we make(which are those misshapen ugly balls).. then we'd behave n just make normal tangyuans.. for awhile.. hehhs..
there's 2 ways of cooking those tangyuans.. the "salty" soup 1 n the "sweet" soup 1.. salty as in the soup base.. is realli those kind of soup we drink at dinner times.. like chicken soup or smth liddat.. VERY long nv eat b4 salty soup based tangyuan le.. since so young.. then there's the usual sweet tangyuan desserts which i believe is wad most ppl cook at home de.. both types are nice la.. but the sweet type nowadays is use tangyuan with fillings inside de.. like peanuts, sesame etc..
the tangyuan which we make ourselves are quite small.. since no need put fillings.. not so pro to put fillings la.. n if wan add to the salty soup base de.. with fillings is so weird.. ya.. that was so long ago.. like pri sch time.. then.. my mom always cook the sweet tangyuans at home during tangyuan festival.. those can just buy in packets from market.. with those v nice fillings de.. ya.. i was saying..
that day.. tangyuan festival again i think.. then she bought the special pink n white flour n said she wans to make the tangyuans herself this yr.. brings back good memories.. heh hehs.. then when she starts to make i notice she put this jar of peanut butter beside her.. then i realised.. she's trying to make tangyuans with....... peanut butter fillings!!! i didnt try to help her.. but from wad i rmb.. the tangyuans look soooooo weird(unappetising).. oh got 1 kpo go try help her in the end mixing the peanut butter with the flour.. become peanut butter taste tangyuan n not tangyuan with peanut fillings... =.=
i was like asking her if she gng to cook that... n she did.. we all ate those tangyuans.. of cos she got add in those which she bought from the market also la.. if not everyth that dunno who will eat.. lol..

yuppies.. the combination of the sweet soup n salty tasting tangyuans....... i leave it to every1 to imagine.. *winks* XD
sometimes i think my mom is somewhat like yamada from hnc.. the way she experiments with our food.. lol but of cos i love her cooking.. n usually she dun let her experimenting behavior get better of her.. hahas..
oh she gave me this sweet which she says will cure runny nose n flu.. hmmm.. a sweet.. which realli tastes like sweet.. normal mint sweet.. it's nice enough.. i hope it works.. n apparently it costs 50cents per sweet.. she was reprimanding me when i told her i gave my fren that sweet.. ahahs.. oh.. she also said it can make me dun feel like eating.. wow.. such an amazing sweet.. hope my flu gets better n hopefulli i jian some fei.. wahahas
